Yes it’s a 3W 445nm laser that I built.
Yes I did say my budget is pretty low but the irony of it is that I’ve spent over $450 on lasers already 
(about $300 just for the 3W blue laser). I’m not the type to spend money on frivolous luxuries, but I guess my weakness lies in lasers and flashlights.
I guess my thinking is that I’ve spent so much already, that my budget has become significantly lower for other things.
Flashlights, frivolous luxuries?

Flashlights on the other hand have a much more practical use and anyone can justify buying quality flashlights.
Not many people will be convinced that 3W blue lasers are particularly useful, especially given their price tag.
However they do utterly amaze anyone you show it to, they be like, “Man can dat thang reach tha moon?”
