1/ Boiling the head , often works , but not this time ..
2/ Freezing the head , some times works , not this time
What did it ? Lots of heat , I used a micro torch to heat the head till it was smoking hot ,...

I bought my I1 with XML this time last year, and its been a great little EDC powerhouse. Just before that, I was considering your mod for the XPE version… now it just sits in the drawer. Do you think you could heat the bezel off a TK70 in the same way with a torch? I think Im done buying lights that are factory glued.

yes , Gavin got his SF ,
Heat = Dangerous , just depends on how much heat .. Once you go bye a certain point , it can start doing damage ...
But if you need to open it , you need to open it .. And heat is a last desperate solution ..
And yes , I hate glued lights ..
