So, this showed up yesterday

it’s a interesting little charger perfect for beginners, shows some empty batteries, go away for several hours and when you get back you batteries will be ready to use, hopefully. (more about this after testing).

Two lights white = charging, green = not charging.

I received my Eizfan ART V2 …

Very nice little charger. Rapidly charged my 21700. Cut off right at 4.2V. Power bank charged up my Samsung Galaxy 9 from 25% to 100% in thirty minutes.

I am very pleased with this convenient little USB charger/power bank.
