i search for a custom dive light

borosilicate glass or soda-lime glass with a diameter of 2 inch (50.8mm) and min of 7/16 (11mm)

any provider to suggest?

I haven’t ordered from them in a while but they may have what your looking for.

They are also able to make custom sizes. You can email them your requirements and see.

On the flashlightlens.com it said:

The minimum quantity for a custom glass size is 100 pieces. If the size you’re looking for is not listed in our application chart or product page, a glass lens is not available.

Didn’t catch that before, you are right, when you hit ‘contact us’ it takes you to a page that then mentions 100 minimum.

Curious, is this for a custom home-made flashlight?
