Good 60v bike light for e-bike?

I’m looking for a bike light that can run off up to 60v to power directly from my e-bike’s main 14S battery. I’ve seen a few “XML T6” ones on aliexpress but I i have my doubts about how good they are.

XML-T6 just refers to the LED in the light. If it is a genuine CREE LED, the output can be around 1000 lumens if powered to 1A according to the specs at the CREE website. I’ve used a cheap LED XML-T6 flashlight powered by a single Panasonic 18650 battery as a front light for a couple of years with no problems I actually bought a 7 T6 LED light on a whim. It ended up being overkill and even with a substantial 8.4V battery pack had a rather short run time between charges. Even that one was only $35 with the battery.

I can’t believe any idiots are still branding their lights with such an antiquated chip… What’s that?, like, from 2007?

But yeah, was gonna suggest a step-down converter for the front end, wire the input of the bike-light to that. Any bike-light that has a separate 2S or 2S2P battery pack likely has a plug+jack vs being hardwired, so just get the matching connector and wire that to the converter.
