I have seen all the forums on Pelican and other similar Boxses to store flashlights and I would love to do this someday but I am on a tight budget. Just wanted to know if you had some ideas for good cheap storage for flashlights. I have about 25-30 flashlights now in all sizes and I have several small plastic cases of flashlight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Buy a ton of bubble wrap and bubble wrap them 0:)

Not sure if I’m spelling this right, but you could build a Faraday cage, that way they’ll be safe from EMP blasts 
All kidding aside, padded cases are made for travelling with them or vehicle storage.
In there holsters on a shelf or in a drawer is plenty protection.
I have been liking the idea of one of those door hanger for shoes. It’s just a fabric sheet that hangs on the door with a bunch of pockets on it.
My pops just got a gun safe and it came with a door organizer similar in concept, but much more badass.
Its meant to hold handguns, mags, ammo and whatever else you feel like stuffing into the pouches, pockets, and zippers!
I need this but door form.
You could always sew up some holsters yourself. I’ve done it for an odd shaped light I couldn’t find holster for.

Or you could throw each one in a sock. -temporary of course lol
Is this the similar boxes you have in mind?
Are tackle-boxes or tool-boxes beyond the budget?
Most have lots of lovely individual trays. Line them with a bit of cheap foam rubber or bubble wrap.
Not great if unless you plan to keep them right way up I guess.
