Not once you get optics and driver losses involved. Also the Philips bulbs put out the most light of any MR16. It’s the only one that can replace a 50W halogen bulb. Doing lots of light in the MR16 form factor is a real challenge. The Philips bulbs actually contain a tiny fan. And it has real, confirmed specs and UL/CSA/FCC certifications.
