I didnt have time it was a huge amount of work as it was. my vision was a battery tube sculptured with the dremel to look like it was plaited. I can tie it but I cant draw it so this is how I was going to mark it out. Another idea is to tie it with string them impregnate it with resin to set it in place.

I will cut new reflectors and also put the lower modes into auxiliary S11 reflectors between the main reflectors before I change the battery tube. This heatsink could do with some refining but the concept worked and opens the door to more elaborate designs.
It is an impressive light and turns the afternoon into midday.
