Plastique?
I’ll respond with a yes or the answer tomorrow… I’ve been making this stuff about once a year for about 6 years.
Coke lab? Kaka
some kind of soap? I made some wooden spoon butter not too long ago, next will try diy fix’n wax but with coconut oil instead of tallow
Natural Soap, just be careful with the Lye….
You’re tricking us with all those healthy ingredients. I’ll bet you’re really making Moonshine. I approve.
It’s soap!
Bakelite
Yes, it is soap. No fragrances, which is one of the reasons I started making soap. It has lots of lather and is gentle to the skin.
It’s really very simple, but yes, one does have to be carefulwith the lye. Here it is being combined with a stick blander.
The stick blender speeds up the initial chemical process; saves hand stirring. I have an adjustable mold box that I made. It’s lined with freezer paper to prevent soap adhering to the box.
It is an exothermic reaction and will stay warm overnight in the oven. Oven off, light on plus self heat keeps it warm. Tomorrow I’ll cut into bars and let it continue to cure and air dry for at least three weeks before use.
