Even if you don’t have a tradition of Thanksgiving Day, like we do here in the USA, you can still be thankful and have a happy day. So, Happy Thanksgiving to ALL!
In Canada we follow a different timeline for thanksgiving. It falls on the second Monday of October each year, which is the same as Columbus Day in the US. All to complicated….
I think it’s a sign of a healthy community that we here at BLF recognize, accept, revel in, and even joke about our national and cultural differences. We’re not just a US-based site with a few international members, we’re truly a multi-national community and we love it! Yet another reason why BLF is one of the greatest forums on the net! However, it does mean that we have to check people’s location line at times in order to “get” the joke!
