Just be aware that the axe head is way smaller than it appears to be in the pics. Very small cutting head on it. I picked up one of these two Saturdays ago:

do you have one of those? Can you testify to its strength? I bought one like it and it was a piece of junk, bent in half the first time I used it.

I don’t have one, but I can say that Lee Valley takes good care of their customers. If you got it and broke it (excluding outrageous stuff), I’m sure they’d stand behind it. I can also say that they’ve had them for sale for a few years now and I doubt they would’ve stayed in the catalog if they were flimsy.
