I was trying to place an order through DX and for method of payment I would pick PayPal as method of payment and it would come up as error page 404 on a DX page then my phone would give me a warning saying site was unsecured and would put me back to previous method of payment page and it would go go credit card and ask for my address again. This happened over a dozen times has anyone else had this problem? I really wanted to get this item I can’t find d anywhere else.
Yes, I had that problem a couple of months ago. I tried different browsers, but forget which worked. I have Firefox, Iron, Opera, Qupzilla, SeaMonkey, & IE.
I also had this problem recently. The problem was that a "+" in front of my phone number was "illegal character". I tried to edit my address data but it would not accept my entries in phone number.
The solution was to make a new set of address data (without a "+" in the phone number) and make that (same) address my preferred one. Then I could finish the payment.
PS. I'm using Firefox.
It happened to me and DX said that I was Blacklisted because of all the complaints I made about all the defected lights, wrong lights sent or charged the wrong price.
I will never order from them again. It was not my fault and out of my control of these issues!!!
