Hi! My name is Celest, I’m a casual flashlight enjoyer and (at times reckless with batteries especially if not Li-ion, just blew up my Nebo Tools Newton 2500 due to Ni-MH failure outgassing last night lol) electrical engineer. Used to be active-ish on CPF half a decade ago but have decided to come here after a while. I’m also admittedly the direct trigger to @wolfgirl42 's chronic flashlight hyperaddiction after she got a little inspired into the hobby by the stash of subpar but still better than nothing 500 and less lumen flashlights I had back in my broke college student days when we first got to know each other. I’ve got a bunch of random lights, mainly some higher-tier consumer market ones (2x Kodiak Kolossus 15k [portable sun bright but probably not quite as high as advertised], two different InfinityX1 lights that use fully proprietary batteries, etc…) cause I oddly love brighter COB flood lights contrary to what most flashaholics seem to like lol, some better quality generics (two of which I chemically dedomed/depohosphored for royal blue conversion), a collection of decent quallity but obviously counterfeit UltraFire lights, a few random really crappy lights, a half acceptable Duracell latern, and a few other mid to low tier random lights.
