Shipping via HK post comes up as $20.00 even if I only have a $0.47 plastic battery case in my cart.
You probably should fix it ASAP if you’re looking for business.

But shipping cost can’t fixed for many reasons, for example:weigh by volume
What I mean is that your website wants to charge $20 postage even for small cheap things that weigh almost nothing. Surely this is not correct?
When our clients order our products we will make a PI (with shipping cost ) to them.our clients feel ok so they will pay.
OK, I understand now. You’re not the only business that does it that way. However you should understand that a lot of potential customers will be turned away the moment they see the $20 shipping fee, because not everyone is going to read this thread.
Just saying…
Very true. I, for one, would take one look at the site and write them off my list for good, never to return. It’s a horrible policy that is guaranteed to ruin your business.
