Hi! I had been lurking here for many many months and decided to register. I had already participated in BLF Eagle GB and just “instant kill” a AceBeam K40M from Wallbuy.

Couple of questions I would like to ask.

1. What batteries would be good to power the K40M?

2. Bought 4 NCR18650B Gold Plating and 2 were marked made in china and the others marked made in japan. Are Panasonics NCRs ever made in china and are these counterfeits?
Would like to attach a picture but don’t how.

I am not a technical person and do not understand the electronics talk but I do like flashlights (torchlights), just a plug and play kinda guy (actually old man, am in my golden years now).

Welcome cocoschnauzer they are not made in China where did you buy them from.

To upload a pic you need to upload to a host like Flicker then you can link it here but clicking on the tree image( Insert/edit Image).

Panasonic do have li-ion battery factory in China. I think it’s ok, just strange they don’t send you same batch batteries.
