Hello everyone! After reading this forum incessantly for a month or so, I’ve decided to jump in. Although I’m not yet an expert and still lack a flashlight other than a horrifically under-powered and quite large Energizer branded piece, I look forward to learning from all of you and getting into your crazy world.

I’ve been succeeding at this so far, but it’s so tempting because everything looks so good!
I’ve been really enjoying the cheese curds and local beer since getting here, although I’ve not seen much of the great outdoors yet.
I really enjoyed my visit to Milwaukee! I’m in Madison but have only been here a few months. From CA originally, which coincidentally appears to be where you are now.
I guess we reversed. Madison is great too. I guess you were there for the beautiful Autumn, now buckle in. It’s going to be cold, for a long time. Enjoy it though. This is probably crazy, but I sometimes miss it.

Yeah, the Autumn was quite nice and much cooler than CA. I’m surprised by the lack of snow thus far, but I have no complaints on that front.
Thank you for your welcome and for the photo of the ever lovely Milla Jovovich. I imagine that all members of this distinguished forum must be equally good-looking. And while I’ve been asked this before, I don’t have any family from Spain to my knowledge, just a love for old Monty Python sketches.
