2. The conversion kit does include the driver, and has no problem handling a max voltage of 16,8V, like the original BLF GT driver.

3. The TA driver used a MOSFET+resistor array driver, using SMD resistors as a semi-linear regulator at low power levels, with the MOSFET part of the driver kicking in at higher power levels of the scale.

So, no, it’s not a constant current driver. Doesn’t have any method of feedback to regulate the output.
