Help me choose a powerful bikelight

Will be used for riding (horses).
After getting some ideas and good advice in antoher thread and having tried a friends bikelight this will be the option I will go for as a start.

Good power/throw/spill is essential.
I have been thinking about this one: Sky Ray King but it does not come with a headband (I have mailed Ric to check if he can fix one).
I tried a friends 2xCree T6 but was not really impressed. Well of course it was quite bright, but I want more than that.

What would you suggest?

Budget is max 100 USD.

I wonder if such a bright light would ruin the horses night vision, then if you look to the side (assuming its on your helmet) then the horse can’t see and may cause injury to itself or both of you.

Any more suggestion.
I assume there are quite a few bikers here who have tried a number of lights both successfully and unsuccesfully.

It looks like it should work for your application but I haven’t tried it with your light.
