Help me pick LED Drop-In for these voltages (Mag D-cell)

I’ve got:

2D Mag
4D Mag
3D Streamlight Excalibre

I’d like to run:

2x18650 in the 2D - ROP, Showerhead, Makolf
4xAA-D Adapters in the 4D
3xAA-D Adapters in the 3D

Thing is, I’m getting lost on which combination of series or parallel AA-D adapters I should get.

I’ve found these: http://kaidomain.com/product/details.S003294, but they are series in stock form…which may be ok combined with a dummy.

Or I could just use a bunch of the 2xAA>D-Cell Parallel Adapters.

Any suggestions?
