help me source some optics like these

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I’d like to get some optics like the ones seen here. I like the beam shape of the Lumotec IQ CYO lights a lot. What do you suppose the best way to replicate this is? I know in certain places bikes are required to have a reflector on the front, so some of that lens is not contributing to the beam shape in any way.

So can I get one of these stock? Do I need to work out the optics and get a custom made one? If so any tips on custom lens/reflector makers that don’t charge too much?

I checked the mfg's site. They don't seem to offer spare parts (maybe one of our members in Germany could send them a request?).
