Help me to select the proper charger please!

Hi guys! I need a new charger (my last one is death) and Im looking for a good or maybe very good one. My budget is maybe max USD 40 (shipping to Chile included)

What I need/want:

4 port (could be more)
AA / AAA charger, NiMh
auto stop when complete (or something like that)

Im using ENECELL batteries, AA 3000. (bad batteries right? but cheap…)

I want to know if is possible, what batteries are good, bad, etc… a charger with good lcd information would be great, just if is possible for the price.

Please, any recommendation?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome! How much $ are you willing to spend?

One option for NiMH/NiCd is Opus BM-100, review by HKJ. Available at Gearbest, you can try to ask them for coupon code, IIrc once they sell it around USD 17 - USD 18. Can find at Aliexpress or Ebay too.

As I said in my post, max USD 40.

Thanks

Thanks! Nice option.

You want a NiMH-only charger?

Remember, if you plan to also charge cheap lithium-ion cells:

Add the cost of the metal ammo box and extension cord so you can charge these cheap cells without endangering your family.

I only have NiMh batteries for now…

I have Lipo Batteries for my airsoft guns but I have already a very good charger for that.

I have had a lacrosse bc-700 for about 5 years and really like it. it has about every feature like refresh and testing too. I got it for under $40 back then. you definitely want independent channels or you’ll always have one cell unfinished—-so look for the ability to charge 1,2,3,4 cells—NOT PAIRS. and also a lower charge rate like 200mah is slower but supposed to be better for longer cell I life— as far a cells, my fav is eneloops, Duracell, and for tv remotes and kids toys/things around the house, I just but the rayovacs at walmart. of course you want a low self-discharge battery —often called precharged, so they aren’t dead after sitting. I’ve had the eneloops for 5 years also and they’re still in good shape

The Nitecore i4 is very popular around here and less than $20. I don’t have one myself.

I have one, very good but considered the most general “entry level” charger, there are better but there are also much worse too!
