HELP please / LED off centered?

Howdy. Got my Olight M3XS UT today! It is an amazing light! Very happy with it, except for one thing. Most of the spill is off to one side of the hotspot. Does that mean the LED is not centered? Picture is taken on moonlight mode from about 4 feet. Just as pronounced at higher outputs but can’t take pictures at that brightness. This obviously would not be an issue at long distances, but I plan on using this light in my apartment. Is this defective? Is it an issue? Should it be returned? Am I making an issue out of nothing? It really is noticeable. The light is over $100. Appreciate all comments/opinions. Thank you in advance.

Is the emitter centered in the reflector? Can you take a picture of the emitter?

that’s hard to say as the emitter is tiny and way down there deep and I don’t know if the bezel is removable or not. It appears to be a square yellow/green emitter on a white square backing. It does not seem to me that the distance on all sides of the white backing is the same, but that could be wishful thinking. Is there anything else that could cause this issue? Thanks.

Its off center, I had seversl lights like that, before fixing

That looks like a very throwy light for an apartment.

Its probably because you put your batteries in backwards like your user picture
