Help removing pivot screw

I have a ZT 0454 clone. The blade is off centre and the pivot screw is proprietary. Anyone has solutions?

How? None of the screw tips are triangular…

Wait, were you speaking of only the small proprietary screw or both the small and big triangular one?

For the big one, I don’t really know what kind of screw this is. I do remember its shape, but I can’t remember its name.

If someone else can chime in and help, that would be very helpful.

the large triangular one. i have torque screws for the rest
