Help with 4 bay charger with discharge

Looking for a good budget 4 bay charger with discharge and refresh options. I prefer to have a charger that shows the percentage of battery filled as well. Looking to stay around $30 or a maybe a little more. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone comment on the Liitokala lii 402? Looks decent for the price. Just want to check before I move forward.

It’s decent, but it doesn’t have a discharge function, which you asked about in your original post.

For not a whole lot more, you can buy Lii-500 which is an analyzing charger, which means it can discharge as well.

I have the Lii-500 and the Zanflare C4. Almost identical in function. The C4 is a bit larger (hold large cells more easily), and the internal resistance function actually works. IR on the Lii-500 is useless. I prefer the C4 more.
