I bought a new flashlight from fasttech and When I take the reflector off it is a floody beam with a XPE in it. The problem I have is without the reflector the glass will not stay in. Just wondering if you have any suggestions for replacing the reflector. The inside of the head is just shy of 1/2 inch.
Others may have a better idea but i would try something like a stiff plastic fruit juice bottle. Cut a piece the right width to go between the star and lens and wrap it around the housing. You will have to cut a couple off slots to clear the wires to the led. Test run this for awhile making sure your watching it to make sure that the plastic isnt going to melt. Dont blind yourself.
