Help with UniqueFire HS-802 switch
I bought this red led HS-802 from Manafont for $24.59.
It is supposed to be 2-mode (High-Low-Off), but the switch does not work.
With a battery in, it is always on high. Clicking the switch has no effect. It will not change mode or turn off.
The clicky has two poles, and is soldered on a round board which includes a 5ohm resistor. The resistor circuit is for low-mode. Electrically, the switch and board seem good:
Off - maximum ohms
High - about 1 ohm
Low - about 6 ohms
But when assembled, it appears the aluminum locking ring is shorting the switch terminals (or legs). Am I missing a part?
Are there any pictures of the proper switch parts?

Thanks all.
