I saw that you can buy gift cards at DD. If you buy a $100 card, you get 5% off. Can you combine this with other cards to save more?
Gift cards you used at the end when paying, before your CC or Paypal. Discount coupons are before checkout. You can combine gift cards and discount coupons but you cannot combine different coupons. I'm not sure if you can combine different gift cards.

once you have a giftcard, *anyone* (1 person) can use it because it is non-personalized. it consists of a code plus password. you can use it yourself or give it to someone else.
a personalized coupon code is different. only you (your account) can use it up.
( i got the giftcard from the DD chat. you just have to play hard. haha )

BTW, I just checked and not surprisingly it seems you can't use a gift card to buy a gift card, and you can't use most/all coupons for one either

Good idea trying to redeem dinopoints, coupon codes and a giftcard to buy 1 big giftcard. Too bad that DD doesnt let us do it :O

I mean, my account is 123456@xxxx.com and I received a giftcard into that account... can I give the giftcard and password to another person to another account i.e. 98765432@xxxxx.uk and it will work?

Not sure about your first question but I can answer your second. You can only use one gift card at a time.

you can give giftcard to other person, no problem. (maybe that's why they are called giftcards)
yup, only 1 giftcard at a time (the rest of the filled cart is paid with paypal, for example)

One question more about giftcards
If I have a GC with let´s say 5$ value and I use it in a purchase of 4$.... what happens to the remaining 1$? You loose it or you can use the remaining value in another purchase?
