So I want to like FT but lately it is becoming more and more farcical.
I have several tickets requesting that they ship using HK post and NOT SG post. But lately they answer that FT is located in HK and will use HK post. And then ship SG post. Which takes aaages to arrive compared to HK.
After my I had two shipments go SG post I created a support ticket requesting my account be defaulted to HK Post. I was then told to place an order and create an immediate ticket related to my new order requesting it be shipped HK Post and I did so. That shipment do go HK Post and was delivered MUCH faster than the previous two orders. In fact my order was split into two packages and both went HK Post.

I’m guessing your tickets were responded to by the new support staff.
I started a thread requesting it on their forums. Jasmine set my account to use HK Post only, but then after the trouble in June with HK Post I think they started to send stuff by SG Post again. My last two orders were sent by SG post.
Big orders of mine go HK , small orders go SG post, oddly they both take about the same time, but that could be the Africa side causing delays, the tracking doesn’t always track all the way when I check.
I've requested it more than once and they just seem to NOT give a hoot. I'm have currently changed vendor for the items that are delivery sensitive to me. But it's like this with all the startup companies from China/HK. First year - great. Then not so much. Oh well. Their loss I guess.
