I wanted to install some mood lighting in my shower and since I had the thing torn down it was a good time to do it. I checked on some recessed lighting, but found nothing I liked and wiring the can seemed to be a pain as it needed to follow certain code for a wet area. I found some RGB sauna lights on Alibaba, but all were large in diameter. I did find 1 supplier with these very small flush sauna lights. They are waterproof as well. The beauty is that they are DC power, so pretty much no code involved there that I could find. I'm not sure they were made for ceilings, but they worked perfect for what I wanted. Drilled the holes and connected in the ceiling. I tried 2 different wall panels for the controls and didn't like any of them. I decided on 1 of those RGB remotes you can get on ebay. Believe it or not, it is very nice quality and works perfectly. Will also control other sets of strip lights once I get them installed. Will dim way low and go as bright as the power supply will allow. When the lights are turned off you barely even know they are installed.
