I don't like clips like lots of people here in the forum... So i don't clip a small light to my shirt ..I used to and I tried it ..I just don't like it ..instead I attach about a 6" lanyard to my small lights and I just tuck the lanyard into the collar of my shirt and let the light dangle .. The thrunite Green Ti is one of my new favorites

How do you wear your lights ?
Except for the TI I just put them in a pocket (which I carry one which isn’t everyday). I do have a plastic button-type light on my keychain as well.
For the TI I have it on a “necklace” made of string (cave line) and wear it under my shirt when I do use it (at night around the house/yard and sometimes hiking/camping).
Otherwise, I use a headlamp.
I don’t like clips either and take them off all lights and knives.
I wear my lights with a smile……sorry, couldn’t help it.

Clips most of the time , but when I'm fishing I like to use a long lanyard around my wrist so I won't lose the light .
I also keep an ITP A3 on a neck lanyard .
I wear my Streamlight Microstream (which I always have on me) clipped in my right pocket. I’ve thought about taking the clip off and just letting it chill out in my pocket with my phone but I hate bulging pockets and having a phone that takes up the majority of my pocket (Samsung infuse with a rubberized case), bulging is exactly what happens.
The only downside to this for me is that on occasion (especially while seated) when I pull my phone out, my light comes out with it… for me a small price to pay for pocket organization and placement consistency.
In my pocket if I am carrying it but I rarely keep one on me, but there is always one close by.

Ti on a neck lanyard and a T10 in my right front pocket. My mini-01 on an expanding lanyard with the mini in my change pocket and the other end clipped to a belt loop.

wrt small, single AA lights (eg, 4sevens mini), I attach it with a short lanyard and ‘lobster claw’ clasp to my front right (just off center) belt loop or keep it in the front pocket with the clip attached to the pocket. A medium sized, single AA light, I wear in a custom holder on the belt just to the back of the front right pocket.
It depends on which lights I am edcing. Usually in my pocket but sometimes in a holster or on my head or clipped
I have tried all the above and use the Neck Lanyard carry all the time 99% of the time.
Make own neck lanyards from scavanged throw away items that should have been thrown away, Just ask me first wife/Ruskey (Russian bride before one heard or knew of Russian mail order brides) if only knew then.
My keychain lights are on my keychain in my front right pocket.
My larger EDC light is in my front left pocket.
ThruNite Ti with keys, EDC in my cargo pocket and larger lights have holster.
Holsters for bigger lights and a OL 2AAA clipped into my pcket. :D
smoothed L2m I just started playing again with rests in coat pocket, loosely (sometimes I hide my ancient laser-products 6P in there, as well, or one of the Sipik SK-68)
four torches, four belt holsters; chosen upon necessity. The flapless M@g pouch and the homemade loop-type with the L2r see most of the use. Both the Surefire V70 speed holster and ESP-LHU 14 only come out occasionally, if not rarely, even. They make good conversation pieces, though.
below is my golden L2r in its homemade loop holster. Very neat; can be drawn and holstered quickly. The torch itself has undergone a few changes: Romisen forward clicky switch, orange switch cover, nylon battery protector ring behind the dropin, closed-cell foam battery protector on tailcap, stainless bezel.
close-up of said holster. I sew it myself from quadruple layers of nylon webbing, pirated from a sports bag. Broke off three needles in the process and had to use pliers, but it came out pretty sturdy. Also very budget-oriented; aside from the five hours it took to make. Fit is excellent for the discontinued L2r; but, the LD20 fits okies, as well.
And last, but not least, the NiteCore EZ-AA I carry about everywhere. Since my first one was stolen last summer, I keep this replacement one on a tight leash at all times; seated in one of the cheap solarforce holsters and secured with yet another spring hook. Redundancy goes a long way!
I carry my SK68 model clipped inside my pocket, it gets scratched by a keys and key chain, but thats ok, I transplanted its guts to non-working(ok, I did help it a bit 
) clone that I received from Ebay.
Only other light that I have is JetBeam BA20 which I keep at home and dont carry with me.
Lately I’ve been EDC’ing a Sipik SK73 1x18650 X-ML T6 zoomie. I got a cell phone holster from DX that has a thick elastic loop on one side (similar to a loop on a bandoleer for holding 12ga shotgun shells) Similar to SKU 71551. The Sipik SK73 just barely fits in there next to my phone, bezel up. Previously I had been EDCing single AA flashlights. I’ve impressed several people so far being johnny on the spot with a really bright flashlight. The other night at my kids’ cub scout meeting the leader wanted to practice flag ettiquitte, but it was already dark out. He said we could practice in the dark if we had a light, so I whipped out my flashlight, problem solved.
