Creating an account lets you follow order progress prior to shipping. It’s a good idea if you have multiple orders over time and is almost a necessity if you have any issues. When you get a package take pictures of both sides before opening. If there’s something wrong you will need all the info printed on it to rectify the situation. An account allows you to call up ticket progress and compare what was ordered with what was shipped. It also lets you correctly identify items you might wish to reorder, a lot of things differ only slightly.

Anyway, i always make an account before i buy anything from a webshop.
I like to keep wish lists too.
In stead of filling the cart and then delete what i don’t really need at that moment, i put it on the wish list and shop from there.
They’re actually one of the two places I have the longest experience with. Shipping times have greatly improved over time. Used to be 6-8 weeks and now 2-4 weeks. I had one order that was simply wrong items shipped. They provided a US address and shipping label for what I’d received and sent me the correct items.
Nope, I just paid with paypal and then it said the order was complete and there would be a confirmation email.
I don’t remember if it mentioned whether the confirmation was going to be from paypal or from kaidomain…
I always make accounts on web shops, but for some reason I just didn’t think of doing it for this one product….
Paypal gives them (the vendor) the shipping address you gave to them,
just like paying a member here for a light you bought, the address is the one you gave as your shipping address (and add a new one as needed) to Paypal.
You will soon receive an email saying an order was created from KD, like this
“Kaidomain.com KD Order xxxxxxxxxxx Created Sucessfully”
And if its your first order I think they will even create an account for you with your email address and send you credentials. You will then be able to see the order status once logged in.

I just placed the order today so it might be a little while, especially since they just got off vacation two days ago
I have never made an account at KD (ordering there since 2012), as you said KD takes the address from your Paypal and it works fine. I think it is kind of convenient that they do not seem to have a customer service, rather than a bad one. That said, I’m still waiting for an order going wrong (fingers crossed), they used to be as slow as the others, with a badly made website, now they improved on everything and seem reliable. And if anything goes wrong, there’s Ban presence on BLF and it seems that he is taking care of mistakes pretty well. (KD may well be Ban’s store btw, at least he has a great influence on what happening at KD).
I placed a couple of orders from Kaidomain for li-ion battery`s and received them both within 2-3 weeks to the UK, No problems.
I like the way AliExpress works, The seller does not get the money till you confirm you have received the goods and you are happy, Escrow is what it is called, though i wish they accepted Paypal.
I am a new KaiDomain customer and have only had a few orders. Christmas delayed a few orders but overall the experience was outstanding.
They will be my go-to source for emitters going forward. Ban and Abby are my points of contact but I doubt I’ll need assistance.
only one thing: I wish I could change or confirm the delivery address before paying. Paypal won’t display which information is transmitted before the order is placed and payed up. There are orders where I might want to change the delivery address or at least see the address before the payment goes out.
