How to activate illuminated tailcap?

So call me the noob of Noobs… But how do you activate the illuminated tail cap on the blf A6?

Did someone mod your A6 so that the tail cap will illuminate?

If not, it won't.

I’m at work now so I can’t take a picture and show you, but it’s the translucent tail cap that I’ve seen the tailcap mods in this forum. I bought it from banggood.

Edit: after further inspection on the website, it looks like they just gave me a clear tailcap cover. Nuts, thought it was a nice little bonus. :stuck_out_tongue:

Doh! You can get the parts but it requires a driver that has a bleeder resistor to leak a small amount of current when the switch is off plus some finicky other changes if it has off time switching firmware.
