I found this thread that has some info:

These hosts have the ability to secure their emitters with screws, which maximizes reliability/thermal performance and facilitates emitter swaps. Comment with hosts and lights not already listed (please include a link) and I’ll add them to the 2nd post with a hyperlink. Thanks guys.

I’ll probably give some of the suggestions, e.g., try to use a screw to top, from there a try first. I have lots of extra screws from computer builds.
