Hi. I need your help with this. How to make a professional looking table, is highlighted when you hover your mouse over it?

I've seen one here, but I don't remember where...

EDIT: I also added text below this column, but it seems after posting it was cut. So can you please teach me where I can make this highlighting column and how to copy it here?

And how to make this columns even?
And rows too...
