So about 20 days ago, I ordered a pair of shoes from Ebay. I was already suspicious of the seller, but noticed he had ~80 feedback. Also, they were cheap, very cheap. I paid the $15 and was given a tracking number. The days go by, I occasionally check the tracking, and it seems to be real.
Today, to my surprised, I received a small envelope in the mail from Hong Kong. Inside was a little silver coin. I was confused, cause I dont remember buying a coin.. and then I look at the tracking... and it was the same as the tracking as the one they provided for the shoes.
I was clearly scammed, I quickly started a dispute on Ebay, and escalated it. And now I'm waiting for the verdict...
What do you guys think will happen? I received the "package" but its definitely not he right item.

Edit:
Thank you for the responses, but I seem to have left sout some really important facts. Just days after the end of the auction, the sellers account seems to be disabled, the listing was taken down, I could not even find the auction on my "purchase history". It was as if the listing never happened. But i got the confirmation ebay, and money was deducted from my paypal. I have contacted the seller many many times, but each time he replied with the same words "it has been sent, check your tracking at www....com". Dispute was started, so let's see how it turns out,

Pictures of silver coin.
"Liberty" on the head's crown, "One Troy Ounce", ".999 Fine Silver", "Silver Trade Unit" on the tails.
Looks real? Any idea of its worth?

EDIT: Ebay has closed my dispute in the favor of the seller on the fact that "We have the tracking number, and it says delivered". I will attempt to appeal.
--------------------
EDIT: I have appealed and Ebay has ruled that I must return the coin for a full refund.
I would have to return the coin the the seller with tracking. What would be an affordable method to return the coin? All I know of is USPS Priority which is $30 already...
Thank you!
