I have a Solarforce L2 & a L2i do I really need a L2P?

Is the L2P really going to blow my other L2’s away in quality? After all a p60 is a p60?
I already have a SS bezel and have done a Jack/Foy Bezel for the L2 and L2i

I bought the 2pc. deal for 33$ L2p and the L2t because i was gonna buy the L2t anyway . The L2P is nice but blow someone away?? no... not unless you're related to foy
I have several L2’s and several L2P’s with different drop-ins… The differences are not significant on paper, but I will say that I have a lot more love for my L2Ps than I do my L2s… I’m not even exactly sure what it is about the L2P - but I find it to be far superior. After owning an L2P, you’ll find it difficult to settle for an L2…

I think a X100 may be a little hard to EDC!
I really like my L2 but as it is Sand (read gold by any other name) I cannot get a matched tail switch that will tail stand for it, although it is not the tail standing I want but protection for the switch itself and I do prefer a reverse clicky.
I have plenty of dropins, many that I have made myself and quite a few sub par hosts that are no longer used.
How does the dimensions of the l2m vs the l2p (both with 18650) vary ?
If you have to ask the question, then the answer is YES! 
I think a L2 is great and if you never have a L2p everything is perfect.
If you touch a L2p you feel the difference. Will you pay the double price for it?
If you want only a black flashlight, I will not, but I want a blue one.
I have bought a grey L2p in the past, too (the grey L2 wasn’t available at this time).
Now Solarforce offer a grey L2 for $9,99 and I will buy one, too (I have a sand colored and I like the quality of Solarforce).
Only if you have a strong desire to settle on one particular P60 to EDC. Otherwise, I think the L2 and L2i will suite you just fine. I still prefer the L2i most because of the size and flexible battery options. It’s a little tight on the 18650’s but still manageable. After the L2i I like the L2T and it’s also not HA3. But I won’t EDC a P60 so durability isn’t the leading factor. For me they make more sense as a hobby or for weapons.
But if you want to settle on just one P60 to EDC then the more durable L2P makes sense. It looks good and psychologically it feels good because you have peace of mind knowing it will hold up better.
I like mine (L2P). But having L2 and L2i… can’t see the need of L2P 
(especially if you have L2 2011, matte version). Would buy KE-5 instead.
L2P is far nicer than an L2 if that’s important to you.

I agree with the other that say the L2P just feels better in your hand. Nobody needs that many flashlights, so the real question is do you want one and the answer is yes of course you do. I suggest a black or grey tail standing reverse clicky. You might as well pick up the new L2M for $12.50 while your at it, you can’ beat that price.
Oh just get it lol……you can always use more lights. >)

Also because I really hate the look of the hex nut head on the L2 & L2P. The quality of the L2T is outstanding.
