I bought the charger below because I’m getting lazy with babying my big collection of AA and AAA batteries and to speed up things for emergency charging, but I don’t know what charger to buy to plug it into, I use a flip phone and old 5v usb chargers and cannot figure out how to match the one for this, when I search Amazon I don’t see anything that simply matches “at least 2 amp Type-C QC/PD 24W Quick Charge Input” and I don’t know how to shop for one.

Wait for a second confirmation, as I’m also confused by USB C specs, but I think the 45W IKEA Sjoss would work, I’ve got 2 with UK plugs and I can’t find anything better for the price:performance when taking into account safety. I trust IKEA far more than alphabet soup brand Amazon chargers.
Again, wait for confirmation but I think that would work, assuming you can order for delivery or have an IKEA nearby (you are using HIGHLY the regarded ikealoops, RIGHT?!)
Edit to add: WEIRD! The UK version is c. $13.50, and hence great value, but when I visit IKEA.com, I see the US version is $30! Wtf? 
I have many Eneloops as my my core batteries and have started buying the other brands when they have a big discount, like 16 AA Bevigor for $11.00.
With the batteries getting so cheap and getting so many I’m willing to buy the lessor chargers that charge 16 batteries at once, but I didn’t realize that they power block for this would cost so much and be so rare.
The one you posted sends 22 watts to each outlet I think and I don’t know the amps.

gan 24w .
Or 48w.
You will see in the results all of the other things fall into place qc/pd.
It would probably be best to get something with both a type A usb and a type C port.
That gives you the option to use either type of cable in the future.
Ignore the part about the “2A adapter” . It’s just a bad translation.
Perhaps I missed something, do you need more than one port, for using 2 of those chargers at the same time? Assuming the versions are identical other than the prongs, it’s 42W max, or shared between the two ports if you plug another device in.
I’m sorry, but this is terrible advice given the amount of cr@p electronics on Amazon, assuming OP doesn’t want to burn their house down.
Well he can buy one that’s labeled anker or another name brand if he wants to.

I think it’s compatible with your battery charger, but I’m not sure…

I thought it was underpowered, but I changed my mind.
This one is 30W and 3A, though you should only use one port for your charger and ignore the other two ports.
Whatever the OP chooses, I also suggest getting a reputable brand like Anker or UGREEN.

The one I linked to might fall a little bit short if you’re using the bottom outlet ,type a port.
But it comes with a C toC cable so you’ve got two ports to work with.

By the way, I shop on Amazon all the time, but I’m pretty good at avoiding garbage on Amazon.

For those asking, the Belvigor 16 bay charger doesn’t come with a power source, it requires you to use the usbC port and cord to plug into a phone/tablet type charger that produces “Type-C QC/PD 24W Quick Charge Input” and requires the full capability to operate correctly for charging 16 AA batteries at once.

I only need one port, if there more then I will only be using one of the ports at a time to power the Belvigor AA/AAA NiMH battery charger.

The one that I linked to comes with the C to C cable and will work fine..
I forgot the batteries are only charging at 1.5v so there’s plenty of power from any of the ports on the power supply that raccoon or I linked to.
