Is there a decent 2 battery charger for $15 delivered? What about decent 18650 batteries?
I just bought this and I assume the charger and possibly the batteries are junk??

Well currently there is a group buy on the intellicharge. This charger has 4 slots and can charge any lion battery or any Nimh. It is 20 shipped with the 10 percent off coupon.
The battery probably is. Check the charger’s max voltage; if it is 4.2V, the charger does the job.
I’d guess charger is junk too, with no proper termination.
You can get Xtar WP2 II for $15 if you’re lucky, and decent batteries would be pair of Xtar 2600mAh 18650’s for $13.5.

For the light scaru posted cells with lower capacity would be better because of the steeper discharge curve.

Those batteries are notoriously garbage ...and is that a version 1 or V2 ???
Ebay is a bad place unless you know exactly what you want and get it from a reliable seller.... lots of bad stuff being peddled on ebay
dino direct deal is 21$ which means they are getting 12$ or more for 2 red ultrafire 3000's ...i have a pair of ukltrafire reds you can have for .75 cents each ..they say they are 3000mah but they are really about 600..worst battery I've ever seen
