Carlos,
In order to help guide you better, I am sure some of the more knowledgeable folks are gonna want to know a few extra details. Such as intended use? Battery requirements (IE: rechargeable or throwaway & size) and runtimes desired. There are so many options out there.
Good luck
SupBeam X60vn at 6,430 lumens and incredible throw of 433 kcd. You can try contacting rdrfronty - maybe he is willing to part with it. Not sure if vinh would have one available immediately.
This is a stock X60 modified heavily to increase output. Beamshots here: https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/23557.
Your best chance is to try to find a heavily modded light made by someone here and make an offer. There are "brighter" customized lights around here that are higher lumens than the X60vn - I'd say 8,000+ lumens, but very rare.
Hi Curious,
I apologize for being so blunt.
I’m very frustrated.
I thought I had a deal and I don’t.
I already ordered 8 18650 Panasonics
thinking in a light that apparently,
I’m not going to get in time.
I know when I’m beat,
so, no time frame now.
I need a small,very powerful light
that uses 18650s.
More powerful that the BTU Shocker Dry.
Does this light exists?
Let’ put a 500 ceiling.
Thank you for putting up with me.
Carlos.
PS I’m typing from a small machine without an external mouse.
Unreal how an old dog cannot learn new trick.
I’ll never leave home with a mouse again.
Hi Tom E,
Pardon my ignorance.
What is an X60?
Maybe I can buy a stock one now and
send it for mods later?.
Thank you for your reply.
Carlos.
The X60 takes 6 18650's, so fits your need. Not sure about size - it's all relative to what is considered small or big...

Just thinking your only shot would be maybe a US source, but maybe some sort of express shipping overseas? dunno.
Here's the custom thread on CPF: http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?376620-WTS-X60vn-The-2013-Big-Deal
OK, I’m blinded by rage.
You said Supbeam X60.
I’ll goggle it.
Thank you so much!!!
Carlos.
Oh boy, sorry to hear the deal you had fell apart, I guess. I included links there. I've dealt with www.sbflashlights.com and they seem ok - I'd try getting them down a bit in price though.
Just checked the X60. Great light!!
I love the switch. Rotary.
Which reminds me of a Xtar D31 Howitzer
that I’ve had for 5 yrs and have never
used because of the weight.
I’m about to get old and now,
I can feel the weight of a gallon of milk.
Used to carry 2 gallons in one hand
and a case of beer in the other all around
the supermarket and not feel a thing.
I need something lighter.
I won’t get any younger.
And I want something I can enjoy
today, and the next 7 yrs I plan to live
in this world.
Maybe a single row of 4 18650s?
BTW, the Howitzer is in-the-box
and for sale, hehe.
Thank you for all your trouble.
Carlos.
Hi Carlos,
I have one of those D31s with the 3MCEs and it is quite a beast. Maybe it’d be a good 3 MTG2 light. I sent Lambda, http://flashlightnews.net/forum/index.php?topic=2862.0, an old broken one and he did it up with XMLs and a pot. But in response to your search, I’d really look at vihns lights on cpf. The 3 that come to mind are
What’s coming up that you need it so soon, if you don’t mind?
Hi lawallac,
The originator of the flashlight exporting business from China
is visiting us before he goes to the ShotShow in Vegas.
It’s a Chinese custom to bring presents for everybody.
He has stayed in my house several times.
And I love him almost like a son.
Since we are so close, and whatever
he has brought me before has never been
of any use to me,
,i took the liberty of telling him
that I will choose my own present.
I could have asked for a new Mercedes.
and what do I do?,
I ask for a stinking flashlight.
He still has a few flashlight websites,
but he has been retired for 5yrs now.
BTW, he’s 33 yrs old.
So my wife probably knows more about
flashlights than he does.
He will be here on the Jan 2 and will leave
on the 3rd.
I wanted him to see his present.
No can do now.
And, of course, I told him I bought
the light already.
Hence my rush.
I’m hoping he’s Americanized by now
and will just give the money.
I’m screwed.
Carlos.
Ok, if you are looking for something noncustom but very high quality and high brightness in super compact form I would consider the Lupine lights. Here was the US distributor, http://gretnabikes.com/item.asp?cID=1&scID=46&PID=397, listed from their website of a new Betty TL2S. The light states 12.2cm in length and 4500 Ansi output. However, these use propietary packs and chargers, so it wouldn’t use your 18650s that you already have.
Here are a few ideas that may work. Just throwing out a few suggestions. It also seems like they could be had quickly in the US. In some cases overnight. In a jam like you state, these would be nice. Real nice if free! lol

Fenix TK75 I own this one with tube extension. It works pretty well for over the counter.

A custom beast. May be a bit large! 0:)

Others can chime in. I can only speak for the Fenix TK75. It is a impressive light. I use it camping and fishing and it always has rained supreme.
Good luck.
Hi Lawallac,
I think I got all worked up for something
not so important.
I needed lunch, and I got it.
Feeling much better now.
My wife told me that the least
thing this dude wants to see,
is a flashlight.
I DO hate it when she’s right.
Still, I need to buy a flashlight.
I’ll probably go with the FF4 from Lips.
Not an LED, but powerful and small
Have you had any experience with it?
Thank you for putting up with me,
Do the member of this forum do an annual gathering?
If so, I’ll buy you a beer. Maybe more than one.
Thanks again for your help and diligence.
Carlos.
Yeah I have a FF3 and FF4. The output of both is pretty staggering, but be prepared for a bit of warmup time before you get the full brightness. The FF4 produces around 7000 lumens and I measured mine at 428k lux. It’s really an amazing light and I’m sure you would be happy with it. But that warmup time, even though it’s 15sec or so does really seem like eternity. The light is very blue and off color before turning into about perfect daylight.
You, lucky dog, you!!
You have both!!.
Now that you have the FF4,
do you really need the FF3?.
You can have cash tonight.
For the next light you are planning
to add to your collection.
Please, give your input on this.
Thank you,
Carlos.
You might consider a TK75vn from Vinh. He has some on hand I think. A TK75 is a great light to begin with, but he bumps them up to about 4.4a, so perhaps 4000 lumens or so otf. He will do domed or dedomed. Great performer for the price and he ships quickly. His sell site is over on CPF. He also has the X60vn, though I understand you prefer a more compact light.
I used to sell Fenix, until the distributor raised my
purchase money from 3k to 5k for no reason.
Also was selling at a gun show and a rep from Fenix
approached my tables with this NEW WONDER
Can’t remember which number,
I blew him to pieces with a mutt SST80 for 1/2 the money
Did I mention I dislike Fenix?
Well, I do.
Thank you for your input though.
I’m killing the messenger.
Besides, I’m getting curious about this Vhin guy.
Any input is ALWAYS appreciated.
Thank you for your suggestion.
Carlos.
I’m watching the Miami-Portland game.
Sayonara.
Oh - check out this thread: https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/21505. Maybe the size of a 6 18650 light is a little too much, but never know - it is a shorty. Ken has maybe $200 in parts alone into the light, maybe more, but thinking the 12 XM-L2 light he built is well over 10k lumens, maybe 14k, but of course only good for a min or 2 at a time
