I have had two back surgeries and the one thing I will offer is DO NOT OVER DO IT after the surgery. Don’t think that just because you are feeling pretty good that you can do everything like before. Follow the Dr’s directions and give yourself plenty of time to heal. Don’t ask me how I know this…
Gold luck with the surgery. I have had pretty good success with both of mine. I think it might even have been better if I hadn’t gotten too active too soon.
So take a motorbike! :bigsmile:

wow back in 94(when I had my L-5) they sure didn’thave the quality of torches now available I hope ut goes well but hopefullyyou’ll have more time to play with torches read and write some review it always sucks when you get Info like that I will keep you in my daily prayers u till we hear from you again.
