It has a memory function. If you turn it off in low mode, it can instant access low mode when you use it again

That would be annoying to have to remember to turn it off in low mode. And more annoying to have to cycle through the modes to get to the low mode. I don’t know why they didn’t include this in the ui.
For such a powerful light, you don’t want to be blinded once you turn the light on. For example you last used your light 2 weeks ago, you forgot what mode you last turned it off at. Now when you go turn it on, you blast yourself indoors with 30k lumens

I do agree that hold from off should get you low, however, loosen the battery and tighten to reset to low

22 days ago I sent my SR32 head unit to be replaced, Imalent keeps saying they will ship it X day, X day comes and goes, still not shipping, now they are ignoring my emails and blocking my post on facebook. They are on some f^%k !@#$ and just lost a customer.

That is a shame. How irresponsible and rude to completely ignore you.

I can’t recall the exact time but it was six or seven years ago they had this one model that caught on fire or the batteries would catch on fire.

That kept me away from that brand.

One member DBSR had a DX80 that caught fire. That was in like spring of 2019.

I never bought the light and don’t want the light.

I was just reporting malfunctions and problems with the light that others have experienced.

I mentioned those issues(others) have kept me away from purchasing this brand.

Good to hear that you’re finally going to get it. Sometimes we got to keep fighting before we get results!

Totally different scenario. I had a dermatologist prescribe the wrong medicine for six and a half weeks. I put up a negative review the owner saw it , contacted me and they reimbursed me for that doctor’s visit which was close to $150. I’ve learned not to give up.
