Imax B6 still a good option?

Hi,

Tomtop currently has Imax B6 for ~$20 tracked (to me at least):

Aff: IMax B6 Digital LCD Lipo NiMh battery Balance Charger (non-aff)

Is this still a decent (and competitive) charger?

Any other options closer to the budget/performance optimum at the moment?

Is Tomtop a good place to buy, or will it be a fake?

For that price almost surely a fake. Avoid.
Better option. Remember you need a power source for either.
Turnigy Accucell 6 50W
They also sell the genuine IMAX, for for a couple more $$ I think this is a better charger.

imax is an old variant of a balance charger, there are newer/better brands and models out there. I have looked through HobbyKing but never bought one.

I would also look at amazon.

Price is now $12.09, at least for me. I ordered one with tracking for total of $13.39.

I already have one but this is too good a price to pass up for a backup or just to hack.
