I’ve been a seller of flashlights in New Zealand for over 5 years and was hoping someone could help direct me on who to contact at Banggood for importing.
Since the 1st Dec 15% tax is charged to all marketplaces, sellers that exceed 60k sales to NZ. Customs have said that no tax applies if a seller is below the 60k for imports up to $1000 NZD. I was hoping there would be someone connected with Banggood that I could deal through instead of the website. Perhaps even an online store less known that’s connected to them
I just opened my own website - www.piercingthedarkness.co.nz (not entirely finished). I’m the only seller in NZ selling Astrolux, Sofirn, Convoy, and my own custom made lights. Hopefully I can keep my cheap prices without having to increase them from the import tax
