Is there any body on the forum that can direct me to where there is a manual in English for the XTAR VP1. The one I purchased only has instructions in Chinese and I cant speak or read Chinese,

Have you tried asking XTAR for an English version? Something else you can try, using Google to translate a cached version of the manual.
Chloe! I have just shot them an email. It just frustrates me. Most Mfg have one set of instructions in several language’s. Not The one I got… . All Chinese makes me wonder WTH. not sure what you mean Google translation. They don’t have any download available for the XTAR VP1 Charger… and I cant type Chinese…lol

Try clicking the link in my first reply. It’s a cached version of the manual in German, translated by Google.
