Interesting results from some tailcap readings today

So I sat down today and took tailcap readings of all of my lights todayand found a few of my readings worthy of note on this forum for y’all!

1) If any of you remember my post a while back about my 3-mode XML drop in that I was having problems with (less bright than my XPG R5 driven at .88A) now it is only a single mode somehow and it gets vastly different readings per each battery type that is in it. my readings are;

UR18650FM - 3.2A
US18650GR - 2.5A
Angelfire crap cells - 2.7A

Is it possible that I have burned out some part of the circuitry and it is now direct drive?

2) My Ultrafire C8 XML-U2 pulled a whopping 3.7A!!

3) My Surefire 6P-LED (with stock bulb assy) pulls a scant .78A. No wonder it has a 12 hour runtime!!

4) My Streamlight Microstream pulls anywhere from .23A to .26A with either Alkaline, NiMh, or Lithium primaries in it. If I put in my Trustfire 10440 (@ 4.18v) that number goes up to .98A!!!

I just thought that I would share my findings! Enjoy!

Oh, and a side question;
What kind of LED does streamlight use for their C4 LEDs? Is it proprietary? Is there any way to get the specs on them?
