I ordered a Klarus light and the LED fell off. It’s a first for me. Banggood wants a price quote on Air Parcel Register with tracking number. Any ideas on who too use and how?
USPS express will be around $60 to $70. It’s the only international service with a tracking number to China, offered by USPS .
Do you get a free keychain light with that? Oh my…

Reflowing an emitter is not that difficult, otherwise just get a new mcpcb including the emitter.
Ask the to send you a new LED on a star (check what they have an choose a copper (DTP) star and LED matching your current LED.
This will be the cheapest solution for Banggood.

Ask PayPal they may cover the shipping. But I guess your still only in talks with Banggood.
