is it possible to remove the lens on the SK68 ?

so wondering if how I can remove the lens on my sk68 and put in one of these http://dx.com/p/23-0mm-optics-light-diffusers-glass-5-pack-1917?rt=1&p=2&m=2&r=3&k=1&t=1&s=1918&u=1917, http://dx.com/p/23-0mm-optics-light-diffusers-glass-5-pack-1918. The lens sit very stiff and i can’t get it out by hand, I tried heating it up but does do anything, is it even possible? I don’t want to damage it either. Thanks

First you need to unscrew the bezel. Then you place a piece of wood on top of the aspheric lense and whack it with a hammer. Hopefully it will just pop out.

thanks , popped out, used a plier and two pieces of wood. Now how do i pop it back it firmly ?lol wish i had a c-clamp

I could just press it back in when I did this some time ago. Maybe I used a little brute force that's all.
