I’ve just bought myself a Sofirn Q8 plus & I really like it, but I’m looking for an equivalent (if there is one) Convoy model.
Can anybody tell me which is the most suitable?

Simon does a couple of “big lights”, what do you need that the Q8 Plus doesn’t do?
Beam type flood/throw? Colour temperature? User Interface? Cell type?
If we start with your specific requirements you’ll get better reccomendations

I’m looking for an all out flooder, so medium throw like the Q8 plus, but very floody. Just emphasis on flood really.
I’m not too fussy, but ideally not too white of a colour temperature, and ideally 21700 or 18650 cells.
I have a 3x21D and some other’s in the Convoy range, and I don’t mind the UI.
I vote for 3x21C LHP531 too.
It’s actually brighter and throwyer than Q8Plus, and has powerbank function too.
The only drawback of the 3x21C is probably the lower waterproofness than Q8 plus.

2 votes for the 3x21C upto now using the LHP531, so that’s looking like a good option.
I won’t be going outside when it’s raining, so reduced waterproofing isn’t a problem.
Anybody know how the 3x21B compares to the 3x21C for outright flood?

The 3x21C is relatively throwy for the size of the LED and reflector. It still has tons of spill, but I wouldn’t call it a floody light!
