The last Ganzos are nice but the marking completely destroy the shape of the blade. Unlike others model where the name was smaller and only at the top.
I remember reading it can be taking off by dipping the blade in anti rust liquid, is that true?
The logos are lasered in - so the only way that will work is to get rid of the upper layer mechanically.

That sounds right.
I’ve disappeared marks I don’t like using sanding paper. It’s no problem with polished blades because you can easily improve the polish by working up to 2000 grit (Probably don’t need to go anywhere near that high a grit).
With the second blade you show, you would have to basically polish the whole blade to make it look right. Maybe if you have access to a sand blaster, you could disappear it and keep the same type of finish. Just guessing. Haven’t ever tried that.
I was going to say “stitches, antibiotic ointment and time”…
But that wouldn’t be funny, after looking at your blades.
If they don’t all come that way, it may be a returnable defect…
If they do, well… Now might be a good time to consider putting a hollow grind in them.
It won’t remove the LASER etching, but a Green Scotchbrite pad (last, after sanding) will restore that ‘frosted’ looking finish. Blue Scotchbrite won’t cut, so it has to be the Green.
EDIT: I was wrong. Apparently the Blue is just quite fine. I can’t get it to leave any trace on a Gerber Paraframe II. So you can decide for yourself:
Scotchbrite color codes.
Good luck getting it fixed! That etching looks like a perfect place to collect bacteria and rust.
