Is there any place that sells XP-G or XP-E on 8mm MCPCB (with free shipping)?

So I need one XP-G or XP-E led on 8mm board to replace broken led on one of my lights.
Is there any place where I could get one with free shipping? I didn’t find any on such a small board from the usual China stores I use :\

Not free shipping & not a pre-mounted led. I doubt you’ll be able find that.

Reflowing isn’t too hard. $3 FT solder paste Of course then you can just reuse your current star.

edit: typo

IS also has bare XP-E2:

I just did my 1st reflow (XP-E2s on IS parallel triple PCB) 2 weeks ago, and have done another triple with XP-G2s from Digikey, and Helios is right, it’s easy. I did it with a small blowtorch with the emtter PCB on top of a copper plate, but you can do it with a lighter for such a small PCB, or a soldering iron under the PCB, all with the solder paste.

I put a very small strip of the paste across the 3 pads (strip also went between the pads), plopped the emitter on top of the paste, then hit it with the torch underneath. Waited for the grayish paste to turn shiny silver color, then removed the torch, and voila.

Forgot to ask, what light is it?

It’s an Yezl S7.
I was able to find warm XP-E Q3 on 8.8mm board from intl-outdoor ( http://intl-outdoor.com/cree-xpe-q3-7a3-led-88mm-mcpcb-p-406.html ). The original MCPCB in the light had some space around it so I think that should be close enough to fit in. Its not the latest & brightest, but should be good enough for this light. And I’ll get to test how I like warm tint.

So I don’t need to learn how to reflow just yet… but I might buy the soldering paste anyways and practice with the broken led out of curiosity.

Thanks for all the replies.

Oh, board’s thickness never came to my mind… but it’s on a screw-in pill, so I think it will go in there pretty nicely.
